Wobbler Class in Boise, Idaho — Ages ~12 to 24 Months
A gentle, playful space in downtown Boise where new walkers, babblers, and first-time explorers build confidence one wobbly step at a time.
cozy rhythms for an expanding world
Somewhere between "baby" and "toddler" is a whole season of its own — first steps, first words, first REAL opinions about lunch. We affectionately call this the Wobbler stage, and we built a class just for it.
Our Wobbler Class in downtown Boise is designed for children roughly 12 to 24 months old who are on the move but still need a lot of hands, hearts, and patience nearby. This is the age of pulling up, cruising along furniture, pointing at everything, and testing out new words. We meet that energy with a calm, predictable environment, low child-to-caregiver ratios, and caregivers trained in early toddler development who know how to keep little wobblers safe while still letting them explore.
And because we're right in the heart of Boise, your wobbler's world gets a little bigger too with short strolls along the Greenbelt, visits to the Library, and hours spent outside in fresh air each day.
What Your Wobbler Will Explore
Every wobbler arrives with their own pace and personality. Our program meets them there, gently building the skills that carry them into toddlerhood.
First steps, big movement: Pulling up, cruising, walking, and climbing in a safe, soft space designed for brand-new mobility.
Secure attachment: Consistent caregivers and predictable routines that help wobblers feel safe enough to explore.
Language beginnings: Songs, board books, naming games, and lots of narrated routines — we talk with wobblers, even before they talk back.
Early self-help skills: Learning to feed themselves, drink from an open cup, and start to help with simple routines like washing hands.
Sensory exploration: Textured play, water and sand, stacking and dumping — the hands-on discovery this age craves.
Outdoor time, every day: Daily Fresh air, natural light, and adventures around downtown Boise.
