Hygge Kinder House is more than just a childcare center — it’s a warm and welcoming home away from home.

Inspired by the Danish concept of “hygge” — a feeling of coziness, comfort, and belonging — we provide an environment where children feel safe, engaged, and inspired to explore.

Everyone is welcome here

Our space embraces all backgrounds, identities, and experiences, ensuring that every child, family, and staff member feels seen, safe, and valued.

We can help each other flourish

We believe that being human—all the beautiful, messy, and complex parts of it—is best navigated together, because when we genuinely support each other through life's challenges and joys, we all rise and flourish in ways we never could alone.

Core Values

Lead with curiosity

We ask questions rather than make assumptions, we make messes and mistakes, and we follow our wonder.

Choose kindness

We believe that through it all – the hard and the new and the scary and the good – we can always choose to be kind.
