Urban Setting + Confident kiddos

We are so excited to be able to offer a unique childcare experience in the heart of downtown Boise. At Hygge Kinder House we get to explore along the Boise River, play in the water at the Grove, look at the tractors at JUMP and walk to the Boise Library. We seek to empower your children to be kind and confident urban citizens, exploring all that Boise has to offer from infancy to pre-k. We also offer programs for older kiddos when they are out of school, including our Strova Summer Camps that are rooted in community, sense-of-place, and independence.

The Team

Hygge Kinder House was started by two moms. We have a whopping five kids between the two of us and we have done every kind of childcare situation imaginable in our time as parents. We know that when you leave your children with a caregiver you are leaving your whole heart, and we want Hygge Kinder House to be their cozy home away from home, filled with trusted adults that can help support you as parents.

    our program for children 12 weeks to 1 year focuses on nurturing growth, comfort, and early development. Through gentle routines, sensory play, music, and responsive caregiving, infants build trust, explore their environment.
